Olivia Bernardini

Olivia Bernardini is an associate in the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group, where she advises clients on significant business and legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, and general corporate governance and compliance.

Olivia’s practice includes representing buyers and sellers in asset and equity acquisitions and divestitures, as well as counseling privately held companies across all stages of their business lifecycle. She also advises issuers and investors in a range of private company transactions, including seed and growth financings, venture capital and other private equity investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and related corporate matters. Olivia works closely with clients and deal teams to manage transactions from diligence through closing and to provide practical, business-minded guidance.

Prior to joining Moritt Hock & Hamroff, Olivia served as a summer associate with the firm. She is also a member of the firm’s Summer Associate Committee.
