Michael J. Hogan retired from the firm in March of 2024 where he served as Counsel in the firm’s Construction Practice Group.  Mr. Hogan concentrated his practice in the representation of general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, engineers, owners, developers and suppliers and vendors of construction systems and materials in disputes involving public and private construction projects.

As a recognized leader in his field, Mr. Hogan was often called upon by various industry trade groups including the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation and the National Contract Management Association for presentations of aspects of construction law and public contract procurement.
