Michael J. HoganCounsel
Michael J. Hogan serves as counsel in the firm’s Construction and Litigation Practice Groups.
Mr. Hogan has over 40 years of experience in construction law, commercial and public contracts, bid and award protests, and claims and disputes. He represents general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, engineers, owners, developers and suppliers and vendors of construction systems and materials in disputes involving public and private construction projects.
As a recognized leader in his field, Mr. Hogan is often called upon by various industry trade groups including the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation and the National Contract Management Association for presentations on aspects of construction law and public contract procurement.

Mr. Hogan is admitted to practice in New York. He is also admitted before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut as well as the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit.
Mr. Hogan is a member of the New York State Bar Association and a LEED AP.
