Linda S. Plotnicki

Linda S. Plotnicki has focused her practice for more than thirty years on the representation of cooperative and condominium matters throughout the Metro-NYC area.  Her diverse practice includes representing cooperative boards of directors and condominium boards managers, representing sponsors, preparing offering plans, and representing purchasers and sellers of unsold apartments. As a recognized leader in her field, Ms. Plotnicki frequently serves as a speaker on various topics pertaining to the condominium and cooperative services industry.

Ms. Plotnicki advises her clients on an extensive range of issues, among them, amending and modernizing cooperative and condominium governing documents, developing policies, board governance, fiduciary responsibility and strategy, mortgage financing, construction contracts, alteration agreements, management and service agreements, licensing agreements, apartment transfers and the resolution of disputes.

In addition to her cooperative and condominium practice, Ms. Plotnicki also maintains an active practice representing commercial property owners in the acquisition, leasing, sale and mortgage financing of commercial property and portfolios, and the representation of purchasers and sellers of residential co-op and condo apartments, houses and townhouses.
