Keith S. Braun concentrates his practice in all aspects of corporate and securities law. He represents issuers and investment banking firms in connection with public and private offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions and in a wide variety of general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Braun was of counsel at the law firm of Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP and was previously a partner at the New York City law firm of Snow Becker Krauss P.C.
