Kara S. Cowcer focuses her practice on commercial litigation related matters. Her experience includes representing corporate clients and financial institutions in managing litigation from beginning to end, including preparation of exposure liability analyses, anticipatory budgets, and other risk management reports.
In addition, Ms. Cowcer also has substantial experience in handling civil and commercial claims at all phases of the arbitration, mediation, and settlement process.
