Joseph Townsend

Joseph Townsend concentrates his practice in all facets of litigation related matters. His practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing both large and small businesses and financial institutions. Mr. Townsend has represented clients in disputes including, but not limited to, claims for breach of contract, construction contract disputes, and commercial foreclosures. Mr. Townsend also has experience with employment and labor law cases, corporate shareholder disputes, and other corporate transactional matters, as well as with handling estate litigation related matters.

While attending law school, Mr. Townsend served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James M. Wicks of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
