Joseph F. Poklemba

Joseph F. Poklemba has more than 30 years of experience representing individuals and corporate entities in a wide variety of commercial litigation, construction litigation, banking and real estate litigation matters.

The scope of his practice is diversified and includes the representation of individuals and businesses on a wide range of commercial/business litigation matters in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, construction litigation, banking litigation, real estate litigation and employment litigation matters.

Mr. Poklemba is admitted to practice in Florida as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Affiliations

Mr. Poklemba a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and currently serves on its Real Property Litigation and Real Estate Financing & Lending Committees. He is also an active supporter of the American Association of Caregiving Youth, a national resource for children and adolescents who are caring for ill, injured, aging, frail or disabled family members. Its Caregiving Youth Project model combines healthcare, education and the community as it supports student-caregivers in school, out of school and at home.
