Joseph A. Giglio concentrates his practice in all aspects of corporate law. He regularly advises clients with regard to various business matters and transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of companies, company assets, and real property. He also frequently counsels clients with regard to the formation of business entities.

During law school, Mr. Giglio was selected as an Honors Program Scholar for his academic excellence and Pro Bono Scholar for his legal assistance benefitting indigent clients.
