Jodi B. Zimmerman focuses her practice on the preparation of condominium offering plans and amendments. Additionally, Ms. Zimmerman has extensive experience in Elder Law and Estate Planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts, probate and administration petitions and guardianships. Jodi draws on over 20 years of counseling and business experience to meet the needs of our clients.

Ms. Zimmerman is admitted to practice in New York.  She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Zimmerman is a member of the Nassau County Bar and New York State Bar Associations.

Since 2008, Ms. Zimmerman has volunteered as a co-chair and committee member for various committees for the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association, including volunteering as a mentor for the Nassau County Bar Association’s Mentoring Program from 2010 to 2015, where she visited with students at the Barack Obama elementary school.

From 2008 to 2012, Ms. Zimmerman served as co-chair of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Foundation’s Annual Golf Outing and from 2010 to 2015.

Ms. Zimmerman served on the Board of Directors of Life’s WORC, a private, 501(c) (3) organization that supports people with developmental disabilities and autism. She also volunteered with the pro bono legal clinic of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association at the Mary Brennan INN, a soup kitchen in Hempstead, NY for several years.  Additionally, Ms. Zimmerman continues her community efforts by serving as a team captain, for the past 9 years, for “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer,” a charity walk that takes place every October at Jones Beach.
