Howard L. Sosnik

Howard L. Sosnik has 35 years of experience in handling all facets of complex trusts and estates matters. The scope of his practice is diversified and includes estate administration, asset protection planning, business succession planning and tax controversies.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Sosnik lectures extensively on matters pertaining to estate planning and taxation. He also provides educational seminars for attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors. Mr. Sosnik has also authored tax articles for various professional trade publications.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sosnik was one of the founding partners of Karol & Sosnik, P.C., a boutique trusts and estates law firm, established in 1993 on Long Island.
