Howard L. Sosnik Counsel (Retired)
Howard L. Sosnik retired from the firm in December of 2024 where he served as Counsel in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Mr. Sosnik handled all facets of complex trusts and estates matters. The scope of his practice was diversified and included estate administration, asset protection planning, business succession planning and tax controversies.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Sosnik lectured extensively on matters pertaining to estate planning and taxation. He also provided educational seminars for attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors, and authored tax articles for various professional trade publications.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sosnik was one of the founding partners of Karol & Sosnik, P.C., a boutique trusts and estates law firm, established in 1993 on Long Island.
