Gregory J. Ritter, born in Manhattan, New York and raised in Paramus, New Jersey, has 40 years of experience handling all facets of complex real estate transactions and trusts and estates matters.  The scope of his practice is diversified and includes real estate and corporate transactions with an emphasis on the representation of buyers, sellers and lenders in commercial transactions. He also represents corporate clients, institutional clients and real estate developers in the financing, development, acquisition and leasing of commercial properties, development agreements and construction contracts. On the trusts and estates side of his practice, Mr. Ritter is well versed in all aspects of estate planning, estate, guardianship and trust administration, trust and estate litigation and elder care law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ritter was one of the founding partners of Ritter Chusid, LLP, a boutique commercial law firm, established in 1995 in Coral Springs, Florida.
