Evan S. Rosenberg

Evan Rosenberg concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. The scope of his practice is diverse and includes matters related to real estate, alternative dispute resolution (mediations and arbitrations), creditors’ rights, financial services, condominium law and sports/entertainment law.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Rosenberg previously served as a Commissioner (District 5) of the Palm Beach County Planning Commission.  He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Affiliations

Mr. Rosenberg is a member of The Florida Bar, where he serves on the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and the Florida Bar’s Traffic Court Rules Committee. He is also an active member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, where he previously served as Chair of the Mentorship Committee. Mr. Rosenberg maintains additional professional affiliations with the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Broward Bar Association, the South Broward Bar Association, and the Florida Land Title Association.
