Evan S. Rosenberg
Counsel
Evan Rosenberg concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. The scope of his practice is diverse and includes matters related to real estate, alternative dispute resolution (mediations and arbitrations), creditors’ rights, financial services, condominium law and sports/entertainment law.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Rosenberg previously served as a Commissioner (District 5) of the Palm Beach County Planning Commission. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Florida Bar Association where he serves on the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, as well as the South Palm Beach County Bar Association where he serves as the Chair of the Mentorship Committee. He is also a member of the Supreme Court of the United States Bar Association, Broward Bar Association, and the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
