Eleni M. Lazarides

Eleni M. Lazarides focuses her practice on all facets of complex real estate matters.  The scope of her practice is diversified, and includes acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, real estate finance transactions and ground lease transactions. She represents both lenders and borrowers in connection with mortgage and mezzanine debt and complex refinancings and restructurings. Ms. Lazarides also has extensive experience representing clients in all phases of commercial and residential lease transactions including retail landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lazarides was an attorney at a prominent AmLaw 100 firm.
