Alexander Tomaro

Alexander Tomaro concentrates his practice in all facets of complex corporate related matters including mergers and acquisition transactions, corporate restructurings, private placements, financings, refinancings and business and employment agreements. He also represents clients in the drafting and negotiating of complex business contracts and agreements, including asset and stock purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements and joint venture arrangements.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tomaro served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Lee G. Dunst of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
