Ted A. Berkowitz Joins MH&H As Partner & General Counsel
We are pleased to announce that Ted A. Berkowitz recently joined the firm as Partner & General Counsel. Ted will continue his practice in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Groups, however his primary role as General Counsel to the firm, will focus on working closely with the firm’s Executive Management Committee on firm policies and risk management procedures as well as strategic and tactical business development initiatives. Ted follows Neil J. Moritt, the firm’s founder, in this role.
