We are pleased to announce that Marc L. Hamroff, Managing Partner of the firm, has been appointed to serve as an adjunct professor of law by Hofstra University School of Law. In this capacity, Marc will teach a course on Secured Transactions: UCC Article 9 and related matters during the school’s Spring 2011 semester.
