Gary Rosner Appointed By The Florida Bar To Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “C”
We are proud to share that Gary Rosner, a partner at the firm, has been appointed to serve on the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “C” of The Florida Bar, effective August 1, 2026.
The grievance committee plays a vital role in Florida’s attorney disciplinary process, serving a function similar to that of a grand jury. After a complaint is submitted by bar counsel, the committee determines whether there is probable cause to believe a lawyer violated the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, as established by the Supreme Court of Florida, and whether disciplinary action may be appropriate.
