Robert S. Cohen, Esq. Appointed To ELFA’s Credit & Collections Management Committee

Garden City, New York; September 21, 2010 — Robert S. Cohen, a partner in the Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP, has been recently appointed to serve on the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s (ELFA) Credit & Collections Management Committee where he will provide guidance on the training needs of credit and collections management personnel within member companies, plan and develop the ELFA Credit & Collections Management Conference and serve as an information resource to ELFA members.
ELFA is the trade association representing financial services companies and manufacturers in the $650 billion dollar U.S. equipment finance sector.
Mr. Cohen concentrates his practice in the equipment leasing and asset based lending industries and frequently serves as a speaker and author on various topics related to the leasing industry. In addition, he is also a member of ELFA, as well as a member of the National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA), serving on both its Legal and Education Committees. Mr. Cohen earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
