Michael Cardello, a partner of the firm, and Stephen Ginsberg, an associate of the firm, will speak at the Nassau County Bar Association’s Expert Disclosure Seminar on Thursday, June 2, 2011 from 5:30 pm -7:30 pm at the Bar Association.

The focus of the program will be on the differences between expert disclosure in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on improving the scope of expert disclosure in the Commercial Division.
