Marc L. Hamroff, managing partner of the firm, will speak at a roundtable discussion “Legal Talk Live” at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s (ELFA) Annual Legal Forum to be held on May 1-3, 2011 at the Westin Kierland Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The discussion will cover topics such as successor liability, litigation over Program Agreements and the importance of adding certainty to such agreements; liability issues relating to the misuse of data stored on computers; lien perfection lapses and the impact on guarantor claims; chain of title proof issues in litigating defaulted leases that are a part of securitization; and the perils of short form Bills of Sale on the disposition of collateral.
