Brian A. Bloom concentrates his practice on all facets of complex litigation, intellectual property, branding and licensing matters. The scope of his practice is diversified, and includes counseling emerging brands and Fortune 500 companies, telecommunication companies, pharmaceutical companies, major record companies’ merchandising affiliates, photographers and authors with respect to a diverse range of intellectual property matters. Mr. Bloom also represents large and small merchandising companies with respect to entertainment related litigation and complex corporate transactions involving intellectual property issues.  His practice includes the representation of a variety of clients in civil litigation involving claims of copyright and trademark infringement, counterfeiting, trade dress, false advertising, unfair competition, right of publicity, privacy, and defamation He earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, magna cum laude, and his B.S. from Cornell University, with distinction, and is admitted to practice in New York.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bloom was a partner at a prominent Long Island firm.
