Mid-level Corporate/M&A Associate (3– 6 years)

We have an immediate need for a mid-level associate to join its Corporate Practice Group—ability to work in either office is an option. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of law firm experience (1) working on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions transactions and experience in devising and negotiating different transaction structures (private and public company M&A, joint ventures, reorganizations), (2) working on corporate governance and general corporate matters, (3) private and public securities offerings, ’33 and ’34 Act experience, ‘40 Act reporting compliance and fund formation a plus. Additionally, candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, strong academic background and a desire for team-work, significant responsibility and client interaction.
