Healthcare (Junior Level Partner/Senior Level Associate) Garden City Office
We are expanding our existing healthcare practice and looking to onboard a junior level partner or senior level associate focused on transactional healthcare matters. The Partner and/or associate should have extensive experience representing clients in connection with structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and affiliations involving physician practice groups, healthcare provider organizations and long-term care and nursing home providers; compliance matters; fraud and abuse issues; reviewing and preparing complex commercial agreements; federal health care regulatory issues, such as AKS, Stark and HIPAA; physician and facility licensing requirements; and corporate practice of medicine issues.
