Michael Cardello, a partner of the firm, will be a featured speaker at the Nassau County Bar Association’s ADR, Construction Law & Commercial Litigation Committees joint program  “Anatomy of a Large Construction Mediation: Lessons Learned from the Archstone Case” on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the Bar Association.

The program will feature important discussions on construction mediation including blind mediation techniques, dealing with many parties, mediating with insurance companies and their representatives, and the convergence of litigation in the mediation process.
