Michael Cardello, a partner of the firm, will speak at the National Vehicle Leasing Association’s Annual Spring Conference to be held on May 11-13, 2011 at the Allerton Hotel in Chicago.  Mr. Cardello’s topic will focus on negligent entrustment.

The two-day conference will cover key issues and topics currently facing the vehicle leasing market including: auction trends, residual values, tax law changes, lease accounting, alternative fuel vehicles and the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

The NVLA is a member-based organization representing many facets of the vehicle leasing industry-from automobile dealerships to independent vehicle leasing companies, to banks and suppliers.
