Michael Cardello, a partner of the firm, will participate in the  New York State Bar Association’s upcoming webinar  “An Evening With The Commercial Division Judges”  on  September 17, 2020 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

The program will focus on issues surrounding the opening of the courts and remote proceedings. The Judges will address how they envision cases in the future along with a discussion of the procedures that they have been following and how they are handling their calendars and remote conferences.
