Julia Gavrilov, a partner of the firm and member of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association’s (ELFA) Equity Committee, will be a panelist at the ELFA’s Inaugural Equity Forum to be held in Washington, DC on November 6-7, 2022. The forum was established to celebrate and advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the equipment finance industry.

This year’s agenda will tackle a range of DEI topics, all organized around the theme “Be Comfortable. Be Who You Are.” Sessions will be offered in a variety of formats to create a place for meaningful conversation, balancing both learning and dialogue.  Ms. Gavrilov will join a panel of industry experts for a session titled: “Ask A Diversity Leader with Ginny Clarke”
