Vincent A. Balardi concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, corporate, general commercial, secured lending, financing and intellectual property matters. His practice includes representing entrepreneurs and mid-sized clients in both real estate and corporate related matters, including commercial and residential real estate sales and purchases, commercial leasing and subleasing, term loan and construction loan financing and mortgage refinancing transactions, Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, mergers and acquisitions, trademarks and copyrights, corporate contract negotiation and drafting, and related matters.
