Steven P. SeltzerOf Counsel
Steven P. Seltzer brings long-time in-house and client perspective to the firm. He came to the firm after an in-house career at MetLife, where he was an Associate General Counsel in the litigation group. His practice has included overseeing a variety of commercial disputes including those involving insurance products, vendor and distribution contracts, post-transaction M&A issues, securities and real estate matters, as well as handling a variety of non-U.S. commercial disputes and public company disclosure matters on behalf of MetLife. Mr. Seltzer also has experience working with a cross-functional team in cybersecurity incident response preparation efforts and with the development of incident response plans.
Prior to going in-house, Mr. Seltzer worked at two large Manhattan law firms handling defense litigation in both federal and state court employment discrimination matters and counseling on employment and employee benefit matters.
