Michael Calcagni concentrates his practice on complex Trusts and Estates litigation in both federal and state court.  He serves clients in nine and ten-figure contested estates and trusts, involving international assets, business interests, trust decantings, and sophisticated real estate management. He also represents fiduciaries in their administration of estates and trusts, including accountings filed with the court, and he works hand-in-hand with the other members of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group to create and tailor sophisticated and customized estate and asset protection plans.

Affiliations

Mr. Calcagni is a member of the Trusts & Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association as well as its Trial Lawyers Section. He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association where he serves as Co-Chair of the Surrogate’s Court Estates & Trusts Committee and is a member of the New York City Bar Association where he serves on its Trusts, Estates & Surrogates Courts Committee.
