Kourosh Shaffy concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, and has extensive experience representing clients in disputes involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, and unjust enrichment, as well as in dispute resolution.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shaffy served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Edgar Walker of the Kings County Supreme Court, Civil Division.
