Justin M. Beardsley

Justin M. Beardsley concentrates his practice in all facets of secured lending related matters. He represents institutional and private lenders, as well as borrowers, in corporate finance and commercial real estate transactions involving bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, secured and unsecured loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans, asset-based financings, and other debt facilities secured by commercial real estate assets, including office, retail, and industrial properties.

Prior to joining MH&H, Mr. Beardsley was an attorney at a prominent AM Law 100 firm.
