Ira S. Zaroff concentrates his practice in all facets of general corporate and commercial law and litigation. The scope of his practice is diversified, and includes litigating complex multi-jurisdictional commercial issues in both federal and state trial and appellate courts and arbitral tribunals including the AAA, JAMS and FINRA. In addition to his commercial practice, Mr. Zaroff has experience in bankruptcy proceedings in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and Trust and Estates litigation in New York’s Surrogate’s Courts. Mr. Zaroff is also a FINRA Dispute Resolution Services Arbitrator.
