David A. Blansky focuses his practice on insolvency with an emphasis on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He regularly represents trustees, fiduciaries, creditors and debtors. He also handles a wide variety of commercial contract disputes and business litigation matters.
Mr. Blansky is also a Supreme Court of Florida Qualified Arbitrator, and a New York Qualified Part 36 Receiver.
As a recognized leader in his field, he is a frequent lecturer on wide array of topics, including judgment enforcement, civil contempt, bankruptcy law and voidable transactions. In addition, Mr. Blansky also publishes a weekly legal blog alawyerinflorida.com.
