Christopher Clarke is an associate with the firm practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and trusts and estates. Mr. Clarke concentrates his practice in all facets of litigation in State and Federal Court, including commercial litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, tortious interference of business relationship, breach of contract and replevin, and Surrogate’s Court litigation involving contested probate, accounting, discovery/turnover, disqualification, and guardianship proceedings. Mr. Clarke also has experience in employment litigation defending employers against discrimination and whistleblower claims and fair housing litigation seeking reasonable accommodations on behalf of an individual with mobility impairments. He has successfully resolved family and business disputes; has experience advising clients at all stages of litigation, including strategy, pleading, discovery, substantive and procedural motion, mediation, settlement and trial. He also has experience in estate administration and planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clarke served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Leonard D. Wexler of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and to the Honorable Bruce D. Alpert of the Nassau County Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. Clarke served as a Law Clerk at the Town of Hempstead Attorney’s Office and Village of Hempstead Justice Court.

Mr. Clarke is admitted to practice in New York. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Mr. Clarke is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association where he serves as a member of its House of Delegates. He is also an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA) where he serves as a non-voting member on its Board of Directors and serves on its WE CARE Fund Advisory Board. He previously served on the NCBA’s Pro Bono Task Force. In addition, Mr. Clarke is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Metropolitan Black Bar Association and Amistad Long Island Black Bar Association. He is a member of the Nassau Suffolk Law Services Advisory Council and serves on the Board of Directors of the South Shore Child Guidance Center. He is also a former member of the Lutheran Church of the Epiphany, Hempstead Council.
