Christine H. Price

Christine H. Price focuses her practice on all aspects of complex commercial lending and real estate matters. She represents numerous lending institutions in the closing of all forms of commercial loan transactions including mortgage loans, construction loans, revolving credit facilities and term loans. Prior to joining the firm, her experience also included municipal law, government ethics, civil litigation, attorney discipline, estate planning and Surrogate’s Court practice. In addition, Mrs. Price also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable John B. Pessala of the Nassau County Family Court as well as a Village Prosecutor for a prominent North Shore village.
