Brenda M. LynchAssociate
Brenda M. Lynch concentrates her practice in all areas of trust and estate administration, elder law, special needs and estate planning, guardianship and estate litigation. She has been representing and advising trust and estate beneficiaries and fiduciaries in their respective capacities for over 21 years.
While attending law school, Ms. Lynch interned for the Brooklyn Legal Services, Department of the Aging and Brooklyn Law School’s Elder Law Clinic. In addition, she also worked with the Samuel Sadin Institute on Law of the Brookdale Center on Aging at Hunter College.

Ms. Lynch is a member of the Elder Law Section’s Subcommittee on Mediation of the New York State Bar Association and also serves as a member of the New York City and Nassau County Bar Associations.
