The Real Estate Group represents clients in all aspects of complex real estate transactions. We work with institutional clients, real estate developers and corporate clients in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of a broad range of real property. We represent banking and other institutional and non-institutional lenders engaged in the financing of real property, acquisition, development and ownership.
The firm is involved in counseling, investigating and litigating real estate related matters for its clients throughout New York. These matters include contractual disputes, voidable conveyances, forgery matters, debtor and creditor law, priority of liens, bankruptcy, specific performances actions, foreclosure proceedings, mechanics lien issues and enforcement of judgments.
