Heberer, a partner at the Garden City law firm of Moritt Hock Hamroff & Horowitz LLP, will be a featured speaker at the Association of National Advertisers’ (ANA) Advertising Law & Public Policy Conference on March 17-18, 2010 in Washington D.C. Mr. Heberer’s topic “Protecting Your Promotions” will cover recent developments in the intellectual property and promotion laws. The two-day conference will focus on the new radical policy initiatives set forth to transform the practice of advertising.
