Michael Cardello III concentrates primarily in commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He specializes in representing clients in the vehicle leasing and equipment leasing industries with regard to all aspects of their business.
Mr. Cardello is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt, United States District Judge, Eastern District of New York.
Mr. Cardello lectures and writes, and has been published in the New York Law Journal, LJN’s Equipment Leasing Newsletter and recently in Vehicle Leasing Today.

Affiliations
Mr. Cardello serves on the Committee for Civil Litigation for The United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In addition, he also serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for the Metro New York/Connecticut Chapter of the National Vehicle Leasing Association. Mr. Cardello is a member of the American, New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations and is an active member of the Commercial Litigation Committee and Ethics Committee for the Nassau County Bar Association.
