Karen Wachs concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation, workouts and bankruptcy. Her practice areas also include equipment financing and leasing, construction litigation and corporate law. She is an experienced litigator, practicing in New Jersey state and federal courts through all phases of discovery and trial.

Ms. Wachs also serves as counsel to the Grants Committee of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer North Jersey Affiliate.
