David H. Cohen has been a partner with the firm since 1993. He practices in real estate and corporate transactions with particular emphasis on the representation of both tenants and landlords in retail and office leasing, and with institutional clients, corporate clients and real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of commercial properties. Mr. Cohen also has extensive experience in representing clients in all phases of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate formation and general commercial contracts.

Mr. Cohen also serves on the Board of Directors of The National Jewish Fund.
