Brett Garver is an associate with the firm practicing in the area of corporate law. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities work, corporate and commercial matters including corporate formation and structuring, corporate transactions, and negotiating and documenting commercial contracts. Mr. Garver’s practice includes the representation of secured lenders, banks and borrowers in a wide range of transactions including the negotiation, documentation and the closing of asset based lending transactions and commercial credit facilities. Mr. Garver has also been actively involved in the negotiation and restructuring of several large commercial transactions both in and out of the bankruptcy area.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Garver was a corporate associate at Rosenman & Colin in New York City.
