Robert L. Schonfeld, of counsel to the firm, will be a featured speaker at the Nassau County Bar Association’s Civil Rights Committee luncheon meeting on October 26, 2015 in Mineola.

Mr. Schonfeld will discuss the Federal Fair Housing Act and Disparate Impact Claims after the recent Supreme Court decision in Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs v. Inclusive Communities.
