Mr. Laino is admitted to practice in New York. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Laino is an active member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations, as well as the Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court. He also serves as an arbitrator for FINRA. Mr. Laino is qualified as a New York State Court Fiduciary to serve as a court appointed referee and counsel to receivers and as a receiver.
In addition, Mr. Laino served as a Senior Grade Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy from 1966-1970.
