Steven P. SeltzerCounsel
Steven P. Seltzer concentrates his practice in all aspects of complex commercial litigation. He joined the firm after an in-house career at MetLife, where he was an Associate General Counsel. His practice is diversified and includes handling a variety of commercial disputes such as those involving insurance products, vendor and distribution contracts, post-transaction M&A issues, securities and real estate matters. He also worked with a multi-cultural team across Europe, Asia and Latin America in handling a wide variety of non-U.S. commercial disputes and public company disclosure matters on behalf of MetLife. Mr. Seltzer also has experience working with a cross-functional team in cyber breach preparation efforts.
Prior to going in-house, Mr. Seltzer worked at two large Manhattan law firms handling defense litigation in both federal and state court employment discrimination and counseling on employee benefit/ERISA matters.
