Michael Re has been a partner with Moritt Hock & Hamroff since January 2000, concentrating primarily in commercial litigation.  Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Mr. Re practiced in Manhattan for a prestigious national law firm concentrating in environmental and commercial litigation.

Mr. Re practices regularly in both State and Federal Court, and handles complex commercial litigation for financial institutions and corporate and individual clients.  He has significant experience in equipment leasing litigation, contract litigation, shareholder disputes and corporate dissolutions, trademark and unfair competition litigation, Lanham Act, Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), bankruptcy litigation, arbitrations, insurance coverage disputes, environmental litigation, and accountant/auditor professional liability.

Mr. Re has written and lectured on various issues and was most recently published in Equipment Leasing Today.
