Christopher Clarke is an associate with the firm practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and trusts and estates. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clarke served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Leonard D. Wexler of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and to the Honorable Bruce D. Alpert of the Nassau County Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. Clarke also served as a Law Clerk at the Town of Hempstead Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Clarke is admitted to practice in New York. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Mr. Clarke is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association where he serves as a member of its House of Delegates. He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA) where he serves as a non-voting member on its Board of Directors and serves on its WE CARE Fund Advisory Board. He previously served on the NCBA’s Pro Bono Task Force. In addition, Mr. Clarke is a member of the Nassau Suffolk Law Services Advisory Council and serves on the Board of Directors of the South Shore Child Guidance Center. He is also a former member of the Lutheran Church of the Epiphany, Hempstead Council.
In October 2012, Mr. Clarke was named Alum of the Month by Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
